About me
My name is Daniel Lambert and I'm a freelance illustrator.
I have a strong background in traditional media, and began my artistic career with portrait and wildlife commissions before I discovered digital working methods during studies for my BA in Animation & Illustration.
I now work primarily digitally, although I feel my process gives me the best of both digital and analogue working methods. I like to approach my work with energy and excitement, and once I've started I often find it hard to stop. I enjoy the challenge each new assignment brings, and how each genre/market or outcome brings it's own unique challenges and rewards to an image(s).
I try to bring a strong sense of lighting and form to my work, and feel it's one of my biggest strengths as an illustrator.
